Sarvaya Foundation is a registered non-profit organisation based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, working to empower marginalised communities through education, healthcare, and sustainable livelihood initiatives. Donations made to Sarvaya Foundation may be eligible for tax exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, subject to applicable laws and the availability of valid documentation.

• All donations are voluntary contributions made to support Sarvaya Foundation's charitable initiatives and are accepted in good faith for the purposes described on our website.
• Donations are processed through third-party payment gateways (including Razorpay). You are responsible for providing accurate payment and identity information, including any details required to issue an 80G receipt.
• As donations are used to fund ongoing charitable programs, they are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error or due to a technical issue, please contact us within 7 days and we will review your request in good faith.
• Tax-exemption receipts, where applicable, will be issued to the name, PAN, and address provided at the time of donation. Sarvaya Foundation is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate information submitted by the donor.
• Foreign nationals and foreign contributions are subject to applicable regulations under Indian law; certain donation methods may not be available to foreign citizens, and such donors are encouraged to contact us directly.

Submitting a volunteer application does not guarantee selection or placement. Sarvaya Foundation reviews all applications and will contact suitable applicants regarding opportunities that match their interests and availability. Volunteers are expected to follow Sarvaya Foundation's code of conduct and safety guidelines while participating in any initiative.

Organisations submitting CSR or funding enquiries through our website provide information for the purpose of evaluating potential partnership or grant opportunities. Submission of an enquiry does not create any binding obligation on either party until a formal agreement is executed between Sarvaya Foundation and the organisation.
